We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of an unopened item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds include the total value of any returned items. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you, and you want to return or exchange. If item(s) purchased are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:
- All Underwear & Swimwear can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- All bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Personalised items can't be returned.
- In the US and Canada, items with a final discount of 60% or more are 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or credit. These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page and will be clearly visible at checkout. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. If the item meets these criteria, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

What are custom Uniforms?
Customized team gear is made just for you (club logo, name & number) and is not returnable, you choose everything from the design, colors, fabrics, patterns etc. Be sure to consider the following when placing your orders
- We recommend familiarizing yourself with Evolution Size chart before customizing/placing orders.
- Color varies between materials. we expect there will be some variation between our digital representation on our site and the actual finish product.
- Custom products are not returnable due to fit. Please choose carefully.
What are custom Soccer balls?
Customized soccer balls are made just for you with your club logo, you choose from the different designs provided, custom colors, etc.
Cancel or Change your custom order?
We begin the formation process as soon as you place your order and are unable to make changes or cancel your custom order once the process starts.
Final Sale
An effort to reduce waste, a large percentage of the club products offered by us are made-to-order. However, in most cases the delivery timeframe for some customers requires we begin bulk production in advance of receiving customer size information. This means for most orders, the customizing requirements travel through our system and into production immediately once an order is placed, making it impossible to make changes – Hence all custom orders are marked as final sale. We strongly encourage all customers to review order information in advance of placing any orders.
Quality Claims
If you believe you have a defective product that was purchased within the last 30 days, it may be eligible for a manufacturing inspection. Please contact us at info@evolution-sports.ca to set up a return authorization for inspection. We reserve the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim.
Please have product in hand when you contact the team. The team will ask for an order number, and a photograph of the defective product will help determine eligibility.
DELIVERY
We are dedicated to providing fast and reliable delivery of your purchases. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $299. For orders under $299, a flat shipping fee will be applied which will be determined at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times will vary based on your location, but most orders will arrive within 3-10 business days of shipment. If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team for a quote. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, pending credit card verification and availability of items.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
- Orders are processed and delivered Monday–Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
- Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
- Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
